Buyers Inspections
Buyers Inspections
We encourage our clients to attend the entire home inspection, from beginning to end. A typical home inspection takes 2-4 hours to conduct, depending on the size and condition of the home, and the questions our clients have (we love questions!). For first time home buyers, our home inspections provide excellent insights on homeownership and home maintenance. For the previously experienced buyers, we focus more on major issues and general building science.
One Last Word
One Last Word
One last thing – make sure you hire an excellent qualified home inspector. A home inspector who misses or glosses over problems can do more harm than good. We are a home inspection company that delivers an unparalleled level of service, and the best inspections that money can buy through high-quality inspection reports delivered in a timely manner. We have achieved our success by transparently sharing our methods for inspecting and writing reports.
Investor Inspections
Investor Inspections
We’re happy to offer home inspections as well as investor inspections and investor consultations. Investor inspections are home inspections focusing only on major defects with the home, and an investor consultation is essentially a lesser in-depth inspection with no written report. These verbal inspections typically take about an hour to conduct.
Home Maintenance Inspections
Home Maintenance Inspections
A maintenance inspection can also be related to a regular checkup visit to the doctor or dentist that is required after regular time intervals. A maintenance inspection helps to prepare a home improvement list and to find small problems before they turn into significant ones. A maintenance inspection also gives homeowners a chance to have a professional home inspector to answer questions with a completely unbiased viewpoint. We only provide accurate and unbiased information which will help our clients to improve their house for longer sustainability.
Sellers Inspections
Sellers Inspections
A seller’s inspection is the equivalent of a buyers home inspection, but here the client is the person selling the home, not the person buying it. Sellers may choose to make the inspection report available for potential buyers to see, or they may keep it private. In either case, this is a fantastic way for sellers to learn exactly what will be the reports about their home when their buyers have an inspection performed. This also gives them a chance to repair any problems. Many real estate agents that work with us have us inspect every house they list for sale because it makes the selling process and negotiation process much easier for all parties involved. This also adds peace of mind for buyers before even making an offer.
Commercial Inspections
Commercial Inspections
A commercial building inspection helps to ensure that you are aware of any faults or structural defects, and you are paying the right price for the property. Commercial building inspections are recommended for those who want to purchase a commercial property, as well as those who manage them in order to foresee any prospective problems.
